Search entries
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to respond. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Information Collected Automatically
Basic technical and usage details may be recorded when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device class and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring page or site, when available;
- request and visit timestamps.

Other Sites and Public Records
Links lead to Laurens County release records, sheriff and court pages, Georgia corrections and supervision services, federal or immigration locators, and outside search tools. Once you leave, the destination’s policy controls its collection and use. Public agency records remain governed by the originating agency and applicable law, including the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-74.
Advertising providers may measure activity across multiple sites to select ads. That processing occurs through their systems and is subject to their rules.

These requests concern data handled by this site. Requests about an official jail, court, GDC, DCS, BOP, ICE, or VINE record must go to that agency or provider.

We may revise this privacy notice as services or legal duties change. The updated version becomes effective when posted here with a revised effective date.
